Cedar Cultural Center, September 20, 2008 - 7:30 pm

Mayor Coleman responded to those who complained about the unrest during the RNC. It's a bit like coals to Newcastle, since almost everyone in attendance was less than thrilled with even hosting the RNC. But that's life.

The crowd began arriving early, which got the festivities off to a good start.

Not all was fun and games. Mayor Coleman spoke movingly of his hopes for the Convention week being done in a Saint Paul fashion, and his disappointment at those who kept that from happening.
